Q2. Till when can I request for Return or Exchange of my Order?
Ans 2. You can request for return within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product.
Q3. I have created a Return or Exchange Request. When will the product be picked up?
Ans 3. Your product will be picked up from your shipping address within an estimated 3-5 business days of applying for pickup.
Q4. I have created a Return Request. When will I get the refund?
Ans 4. Upon receipt of the product, we will refund the amount after the deduction deduction of ₹100 or 10% of order value (whichever is higher) for reverse shipping, within an estimated 7 business days into your bank account.

Q5. I have created an Exchange Request. How can I get a replacement product?
Ans 5. Upon receiving the product back, we will issue a gift card/voucher equivalent to your order value minus ₹100 for reverse shipping. This can be used to purchase anything on our website. The validity for the gift card/voucher is 1 year.
Q6. Where should I self-ship the Returns?
Ans 6. You can drop off the product to any offline store of Global Republic or Stanmax nearby, post interaction with our eCommerce support team.

Q7. Which Products can I Return?
Ans 7. All products can be returned or exchanged in the original condition with tag intact!!
Note: Please note that we do not accept back used garments and/or used and unused undergarments and socks due to hygiene issues. A return or exchange request may be rejected if the product is not in appropriate condition. Management’s decision will be considered final.
