Ans 2. You can request for return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product.
Q3. I have created a Return or Exchange Request. When will the product be picked up?
Ans 3. Your product will be picked up from your shipping address within an estimated 3-5 business days from filling up the form.
Q4. I have created a Return Request. When will I get the refund?
Ans 4. Upon receipt of the product, we will refund the amount after the deduction of Rs.100 for reverse shipping on apparel articles and Rs. 200 will be deducted on Non-Apparel articles, within an estimated 7-10 business days into your bank account. You can also opt for refund as Gift Voucher with no deduction and this Gift Voucher can be redeemed on our website without any condition within 180 days of issuance.

Q5. I have created an Exchange Request. How can I get a replacement product?
You will receive your exchange product within 7-14 days from the date of pick up. You may mention the product that you require in exchange in the Return and Exchange form.

Q7. Which Products can I Return?
Ans 7. All products except for the intimate wear can be returned or exchanged in the original condition with tag intact!!
Note: Please note that we do not accept back used garments and/or used and unused undergarments and socks due to hygiene issues. A return or exchange request may be rejected if the product is not in appropriate condition. Management’s decision will be considered final.
